Summer Schedule

Saturdays:  8:30 - 9:45 AM   (Fundamentals/Level I)

A slower paced class with emphasis on alignment and breath.  A good place to start if you are a a brand new beginner or or those who have practiced yoga before but want a refresher.  We will focus on breath awareness, basic asanas (postures) as well as introductory meditation for stress-relief.  Everyone will receive individual instruction on alignment in the postures. 

Sundays:  6:00 - 7:15 PM   (Level I/II)

A moderate paced class with an emphasis on flow (linking the postures together) alternating with mindfulness (going deep into a  the postures by holding them for longer periods).  A slow-flow style sun-salutation will be introduced as well as shoulderstand. Advanced students are given opportunity to move at a faster pace.

4 Class Pre-Paid Pass      $48 
(valid for 3 months)

8 Class Pre-Paid Pass      $88 
(valid for 6 months)

12 Class Pre-Paid Pass   $120 
(valid for 9 months)

We accept cash and checks made out to "Cool Moon Yoga."  Credit Card payments are accepted through PayPal for any pre-paid pass.  Receive up to a 10% discount on any pre-paid pass if you carpool, bike, walk, run...or otherwise conserve fossil fuels.  Please  email for more information.
